Biography

Nina is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department where she handles debt recovery, supports the firm’s contentious work portfolio and provides legal advice on issues including but not limited to employment law and personal injury.

Nina pursued her legal education in London, United Kingdom. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in November 2020 and to the Bar of Saint Lucia in January 2021.

During the course of her educational pursuits, she volunteered at legal advice centres where she provided advice on a wide range of legal issues. She also conducted interactive workshops with secondary school students on the sensitive topic of sharing and publishing intimate images. She obtained a mini pupillage at a leading family law London Chambers, and was an intern at another leading London firm and at the Crown Prosecution Service. As part of her Masters in Law, she undertook a placement at the Free Representation Unit where she represented clients in appeals before the Social Security Tribunal.
